The Johnson & Johnson/Rosalynn Carter Institute Caregivers Program has a new name and focus: Quality Care Connections.

A major component of Quality Care Connections is the J&J Grantee Network - a voluntary network of scientific researchers and community organizations working together to implement evidence-based programs for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease.  While they target a wide spectrum of demographics and are located miles apart, the sites are using similar data measures.  They will share their experiences, challenges, successes and outcomes through this website, with the aim of providing valuable lessons to others who are interested in adopting and implementing those caregiver programs with the highest level of effectiveness.

So browse through the website frequently - we will be adding updates and information regularly.
